LCRM1 is a small-business CRM built around one screen: the deals that need you now. No dashboards to configure, no fields to invent. Sign in with Google or Microsoft — there is no password to keep.
Most CRMs are built for sales teams with a manager watching the board. LCRM1 is built for the owner who quotes the job, orders the timber, chases the invoice and answers the phone — one person holding the whole pipeline in their head, wanting somewhere to put it down.
So the app opens on what needs deciding today, not on a wall of charts. Deals carry line items, so a quote is a real number rather than a guess. Files land in the drive you already pay for, and client mail sends from the inbox your customers already reply to. Nothing is stored on our servers that you could not have kept yourself.
A person reads every message. No ticket numbers, no chatbot. If something is broken, say what you were doing and we will tell you what we find.
Existing customers: the fastest route is the command bar inside the app — type "support" and it opens a message with your workspace details already attached.
This policy explains what LCRM1 Co. Ltd. ("we") collects when you use LCRM1 at lcrm.one, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We are the data controller for your account, and a data processor for the customer records you keep in your workspace.
From your provider when you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture. Nothing else — we never receive your password, and we do not ask for one.
From you, on first run: your job title and mobile number. Only name and mobile are required, and you can change or clear any of it in settings.
From your use of the app: the contacts, companies, deals, products and activity notes you enter, plus ordinary technical logs — IP address, browser, and timestamps of requests — kept for security and debugging.
The records inside your workspace are yours. We process them only to run the service for you: we do not sell them, we do not mine them for advertising, and we do not use them to train machine-learning models. Staff access is limited to the people who need it, and only for support, security or a legal obligation.
If you connect Google Drive or OneDrive, we request the narrowest scope available — access to files this app itself creates. If you connect Gmail or Outlook, we request send-only access. We store the access tokens, encrypted, so the app can act on your behalf; we do not read your wider mailbox or drive, and disconnecting in settings revokes our access immediately.
We use a small number of sub-processors, each under contract and each only for what it does: Laravel Cloud for servers and database, Google for system email, and Google and Microsoft for the sign-in and connections you choose. Data is held in Singapore. We will list any change here before it takes effect.
Two, both strictly necessary: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a CSRF token that stops other sites acting as you. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no consent banner — because there is nothing optional to consent to.
Workspace data stays while the workspace is active. After you close an account we delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep invoicing records for tax purposes. Technical logs are kept for 90 days. Ask us to delete sooner and we will, subject to those obligations.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, export it, or have it deleted. Write to privacy@lcrm.one and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, or to your own national data protection authority if you are outside the Philippines.
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
By using LCRM1 you agree to these terms. They are an agreement between you and LCRM1 Co. Ltd., and they are written to be read.
You need a Google or Microsoft account to sign in, and you must be entitled to use the email address it carries. Whoever creates a workspace owns it and controls billing and connections. You are responsible for who you invite and what they do with the access you give them.
Every workspace is free for up to 5 members, no card required. Larger teams move to a paid, per-seat plan, billed in advance, renewing until cancelled. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months, and we will always tell you before a price changes.
Do not use LCRM1 to send unsolicited bulk mail, to store data you have no right to hold, to break the law, or to attack the service or other workspaces. Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.
You own everything you put in. You grant us only the licence needed to host and display it back to you. We own the software. You can export your data at any time while your account is active, and we will help if the export tools are not enough.
We work to keep LCRM1 available and to warn you about planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product develops; we will not remove something you depend on without notice.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may close your workspace at any time from settings. We may end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Free for up to 5 members, no card, and your files stay in your own accounts.
